You simply select the analysis you want to do from the software without the need to install or disassemble any Exra parts.

The depth and load curve obtained by nano indentation (nano hardness) offers us the option to analyze hardness, elastic modulus, yield strength, loss an storage modulus and many more.

By scratch testing, it can identify the degradation resistance of the coating and the plastic and elastic deformation of the substrates.

With the wear test, it can precisely measure the friction coefficient and wear characteristics. Thanks to these features, it provides the opportunity to work on many different materials such as hard, soft, hard coatings, films, etc.

With its powerful software support, it collects different and precise data for each test method and analyzes and indentation mapping all this data in a short time of 3 seconds.

AFM, Video zoom imaging system, Microscope imaging system and Three-dimensional non-contact profilometer can be connected to the devices.
