Product Information
MICROCARRIER-CELL CULTURE BIOREACTOR-GLASS TYPE

Features

New generation Microcarrier Cell Culture Bioreactors feature characteristics such as Centrifugal lifting type mixer, low shear force, rapid solution circulation, short mixing time, and linear scale capability. With its new type of aeration tube, it has foam-free deep aeration and oxygen transfer rate (Kla between 4-8) features.

The unique and reliable sediment purification column has a stable and simple structure, with perfusion rate 5 times higher per volume/day in operation. It has self-cleaning function and automatically controlled liquid level feature.

Application

Suitable for animal cell culture. Also suitable for suspension culture, anchorage-independent and anchorage-dependent cell lines. Continuous perfusion can be applied, which can increase cell density and cell product significantly, creating healthy cell structure.

DF-BED (FIXED-FLUID BED) FIBER DISK CELL CULTURE BIOREACTOR- STAINLESS STEEL TYPE

Features

The fiber disk cell culture DF-Bed (Fixed-Fluid Bed) unit is developed based on the DF-Bed fluidization principle, consisting of primary fixed bed and secondary fluid bed units. The process allows fiber disks to flow upward periodically and rotationally in the medium solution. Period and duration can be customized as desired. While overcoming the disadvantages that may occur in increasing cell density and production, DF-Bed cell culture maintains all the advantages of fixed bed cell culture. This process prevents the effect of mechanical shear force. Cells are cultured and developed within the disk with good colony effect. While providing direct aeration, it increases the rotation and distribution of air bubbles and oxygen concentration of the medium solution. Additionally, it provides sampling without contamination in cell counting and cell growth. Consequently, it is an excellent application for scale-up.
